River, Andrew and entire staff are very pleasant and focused on providing an excellent purchasing experience for their Michiana customers. We have now remodeled a total of 3 full bathrooms, and Home Outlet has had exactly what we needed. Staff is knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to work with. Will visit them in the future again! Highly recommend!
Phenomenal customer service here. River and crew really helped me even post purchase. Would recommend 100% over a box hardware store or a very expensive cabinet store.
River, Hunter and Vince took care of the loading process for us. They were super friendly and made the process seamless. They did a second inspection before loading and helped us out getting everything the way we wanted. 10/10 would recommend
