Bought a shower from Home Outlet that was advertised as a WHOLE kit. We get the kit home, there are no wall panels. After two days of phone calls, they agree that if I drive almost 2 hours back to the store they will replace with panels from another kit… We get there just to be told there was a mix up and panels are sold separately. Since nobody decided to tell us that prior to our travels, they ‘agreed’ to sell us matching ones at a discount.
