Will never do business with them again! I order countertops and bar top from them. They told me the trim would be in the next day. I came back next week still no trim they told me to come back Monday, so I call to make sure the trim was in before i took that 45 min drive and they told me it was in just to get there and it wasn’t! I was told it’s at another location and they will pick it up the next day!! Their lack of concern and oh well just come back attitude is a big no for me!!! NEVER AGAIN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Ordered over 18,000 dollars worth of cabinets from assistant manager brain who couldn't keep his tongue in his mouth for him to order wrong pieces. Then had to wait a month for him to plead other stores for pieces they didn't have. They finally ordered my correct pieces but held them hostage until the incorrect pieces was returned assistant manager has been no clue on how to order cabinets.

I've been looking for a good heavy wooden sink, since around October of last year. I've been in and out of this location alot because I was told it was a good place to shop for sinks. I have never had a bad a experience with anyone I have encountered during my time or looking until about a couple of weeks ago when I finally decided to gone and get a sink. I Walked in the store and two people were standing at the counter and I had to ask three times for someone to open their mouth and answer a simple question! I literally had to say can I get an answer.
