UPDATE: I received a call from the manager who was very helpful and was able to make a call to find out the status of my order. All I wanted was someone to try and get order information. Scott was very nice and helpful. I appreciate someone actually following up and providing customer service. Cabinets have been on order for over 3 weeks with a 2 week time frame given. Scoot, Jason, Jose, and Juanita were all super helpful when we were planning our kitchen renovation. They were all very accommodating and efficient. We are so grateful for the team there!
The whole experience with new cabinets has been positive. The store manager Scott was excellent at helping layout my kitchen. The service was excellent and they were also understanding when we were late picking up the cabinets. I will definitely be back for my bath remodel needs as well as other items.
