Rating is regarding our 1st visit to this store just the other day... We were greeted by Bruce, described what we were looking for (30 in. vanity), he took us to a few they had up front that were marked down, I glanced at 2 that were a 'no', took 4 more steps AND,!! There it was - EZPZY! & for less than $300.!! Perfect for a small Guest bathrm. He then spent time showing us and giving us info on toilets, LVP (giving us samples), & more. Came into the store today looking for materials to redesign my kitchen. The staff was very helpful and the general manner Scott helped me draw a design after showing me many cabinet choices . I felt comfortable and was given many design options. After going to Lowe’s and Home Depot it was nice to be paid attention to. Good job Home Outlet you guys are awesome.

UPDATE: I received a call from the manager who was very helpful and was able to make a call to find out the status of my order. All I wanted was someone to try and get order information. Scott was very nice and helpful. I appreciate someone actually following up and providing customer service. Cabinets have been on order for over 3 weeks with a 2 week time frame given. No one can call to find out status. They only email or text and can’t give me any answers! I have spent almost $20K with them for 2 houses and the service whe... read more
