This guy is not professional. He will not return a phone call or text even after he has promised to be at your home on a certain date.
We had a broken patio door that broke due to gust of winds. Once we received Nathan's number from Legacy Homes we reached out to get this fixed. Unfortunately, from there on out it was all downhill. Nathan never responded and was never clear on what the pricing would be (hefty) and also never had a decisive date on when to fix the patio door. In the end we ended up fixing it ourselves. Save yourself the hassle and find a different company.
