I live in Delta and I cannot find a place that is truly local (from BC) and grass fed. We don't eat Halal and I had to make sure the products I was buying were not Halal. Unlike other local competitors whose ground beef is grass fed (from overseas) and Halal (which was only disclosed when I asked). Home on the Range Organics customer service is exceptional. For a small fee, they deliver to my door. Way cheaper than driving out with our current gas prices.
Super disappointed to arrive at the store only to find that it is closed today due to staff shortage. They should post that in their website!!! Grrr!

It truly pains me to write a poor review for a local business but i've had an extremely poor experience w/ HOTRO. I created a subscription online. First two deliveries were great, I got a call before delivery and I received them the same day. I then was charged for an order that was never delivered, and another order I requested to cancel. The online portal does not allow to to cancel a subscription on your own and no one gets back to you when you request a cancellation.
