Rent here not even if you’re desperate. The lady is a slice of country trash meets pompous racist. You’ll be “fined” for things at any time whether accurate or not. The park is disgusting looking mostly, including her diy hoarded tiny house with over the legal limit amount of pets inside of it. The place is run by thieves/scam artists.. This park is run by scammers. Tyler Nix and Clivaller Bolda Ricks are running a con. I already won one law suit against the park for stealing my property. Tyler Nix then faked documents to get an appeal and then tried to sell the park to avoid paying me or giving me my property. That won’t work. The place is a dump, in a very bad part of town right next to a huge drainage ditch. Their dogs bark all night long. And the old woman who runs the park is completely insane with her “rules”.
