Great! Nick did an excellent job of explaining the insurance claims process. He handled everything from start to finish and even got the insurance company to pay for an additional $2,000 for work the adjuster missed. All we did was live life like normal, and they completed all the work and delt with the insurance company on our behalf. I hope we don't have any other reason to file a claim with our insurance company, but if we do, it's nice to know we can call home & office enhancements if needed. Great Experience!
