I was recently stranded in central NSW as a result of accidental damage(my fault) to my XH15 Blue tounge. It was the day before a long weekend and I desperately needed spare parts. Faced with a four to five day hold up I rang Mark at Mount Barker explained my situation and he told me to stand by while he made a call. We bought a Blue Tongue XH15 from Cat & Mark last year and we are very happy with the van and the deal they offered us at the time. We did have an issue however, with the awning unrolling itself while at speed on the freeway due to a faulty ratchet mechanism, which in turn caused significant damage to the awning. Mark went to bat for us and made sure we got the replacement parts needed, from the manufacturer under warranty. Thanks Cat & Mark, your commitment to customer service is very much appreciated.
Nothing but disappointment from this company and the swag camper trailer we purchased from them. We received a lemon van with many major manufacturing faults, are being refused a refund and not having the major issues repaired. Be wary. Edit: Camper Trailers SA have not done all they can to resolve this issue. They have been extremely shady and difficult. Purchased our van through Cat and Mark in 2023 and they are so down the earth and handover was a breeze. Super happy with our purchase, the SWAG hardtop SCT16 bunk model caravan has met our expectations and then some. Gibb River Road, Tanami Track, Oodnadatta all ticked off so far. Tassie trip and a return Cape York trip in planning stages. Love it, thanks guys!
