This company is outstanding! Before calling Home Oasis, I made several calls elsewhere and no company would even consider looking at a hot tub. The tech was there within a day or two and kept me updated with any progress as the day went along. Their customer service is incredible. If I purchase anything in the future it will absolutely be with these guys!
Unbelievable customer service. We were having an issue with the hot tub company that did the installation and I stopped in their office today and they sent out a tech and the owner to help us out with our issues. While here on a freezing cold day they found multiple issues and addressed and fixed them. Thanks a million and we will be a customer for life.
Hard to describe my frustration and just how bad, unprofessional and lack of competence I think this company demonstrates. Winterized my inground pool. Upon opening in the spring there was a serious leak. I called several times for help, couldn't get a return call, even though each time I was told I would receive one. I normally don't write negative reviews (I think this may be my first ever), albeit I think others should be warned in this situation. I do not recommend this company.
