Home Oasis was hired to install a new pool cover that had not been working and had holes in it. Once installed, we opened the new cover and it tore immediately. They did offer to replace but being a nice person, I saved them about $4,000 and told them to patch it. Once patched we attempted to open again and it would not open. We text and emailed them and asked them to come and fix it. They did not.
