This is an extraordinary company! I would never in this lifetime believe a thing about the review written by Kim. It's upsetting to see such a great, hard working company with amazing caregivers put down in such a way. Those are quite hefty accusations and I'm hoping that Ms. Kim has proof to back up such things because if I were the owner of this company I'd go after her for slander. This company hires anybody, whether they have experience or not. They do not screen their employees. I used them for my late husband and almost every employee was a nightmare. They would make their own hours , if they showed up at all. We constantly had things stolen, everything from clothes to food to money and even medications. The employees were lazy, ignorant, and very disrespectful. I even caught employees sleeping when they should have been caring for my husband.
