Warning for First-Time Home Buyers Please be very careful dealing with this agent. They are not professional and appear to be dishonest. We were promised that the property would be ours if we increased our offer. The agent even said they would provide some money as a loan, which we could repay later with a personal loan. After arranging funds from friends and family, we increased our offer as requested. However, the agent showed our offer to someone else, received a higher bid, and then claimed the property was sold.
