Definitely agree with melanie They do NOT take their business seriously, and are not professional by any means. When buying something so big like a house they have you sign a contract to abide by the rules and your word right?? Well this company doesn't follow their own contract. I will never suggest them to anyone. VERY UNHAPPY! Just saying.... they may be better at selling sheds, not houses :)
Never Again!!! This company is slow and they do not answer phone calls or return calls. This is not my first home purchase and never again would I use them. It's best folks to use a bank for a mortgage. They are more reliable and much quicker and no runaround!
