A solid group of people who take personal care for your own situation. My wife and I just purchased a home and they made the entire process smooth and easy to understand. We were lied to by 2 different employees about the ability to remove PMI from our mortgage shortly after acquiring the mortgage and then making a large payment and recasting the loan. Now we are stuck paying PMI for years even though we have lowered our balance below what is required to have it removed. I will never deal with them again.
