Hands down the only mortgage company I will work with in the future, we were on a time crunch and Kim kept everything in order and on time, she kept me informed, and consistently let me know what the next step was! Best experience in the loan process I’ve ever had!
They lack communication with the client and with each other. In the beginning we were never informed that we were approved for the loan. Two weeks or so went by and we called Home Mortgage Group and were told by them that they already had reached out to Clayton (our former mobile home dealer) to tell THEM we had been approved!
