Sold my 94 year-old, cognitively impaired and totally immobile mother a stair lift for over $10,000, then sold out the business within a few weeks. The lift was obviously never used before she died and they have rebuffed all attempts for uninstall and partial refund. There are things in life that are technically legal, but still morally reprehensible.
