Bought a sectional couch (PRI - Prime Resources International) at West Ashley Badcock Furniture store in 2015 for more than $2,500. Right after the warranty period (by 2018) upholstery started peeling off. By 2022 upholstery completely peeled off and came apart. Pictures are attached. We have no pets and only 2 people used the couch. Completely unacceptable. Do not buy furniture made by PRI (Prime Resources International). Low quality and extremely overpriced for what it is.
I used to work here at this furniture warehouse. It was epic! The work was pretty okay but it was always fun. It was a job i actually liked going to and I'm kinda bummed that they had gotten bought out and closed back in April. If this place ever reopens then I'll come back for my inventory spot
Quality products and excellent customer service!
Quality products was missing piece however replacement was sent out next day. Great customer service and communication very impressed overall.
