Friendly, knowledgeable and fair pricing for their equipment! My wife needed a new headset for her CPAP and thankfully they had what she needed. Her sleep has been suffering for the past few nights and I’m thankful for Home Medical Supply for saving her sleep and my marriage!!
Terrible support and communication - cancelled order and went somewhere else
Had been waiting 3 months for something that they said would be 3 to 6 days and keep getting runaround
If I could give a zero, I would. The staff seem nice. However, communication and follow-up is horrible. My mom has been waiting for a walker (rollatore) since February. Several calls, questions, and concerns went unanswered. The one time I received a resemblance of an answer I was left waiting. We're now in July.
