Customer service by phone is nonexistance! Tried to reach a live person is impossible -left numerous voice mail messages with no response. It's sad to be treated that way! 😔
Negative 1 if I could. The worst customer assistance I have ever experienced from any company. Multiple calls to Barb and Renee with no return calls. Waited for Bi-Pap cushion for 2 weeks. Same one I get every month and never in stock. Wrong one given to me on multiple occasions. Is it not on your system. I wish there was another store in Moncks Corner for supplies. This place is the worst. Always excuses for mistakes made.

When i pulled into the parking lot I was greeted but a employee unloading a truck with a goog morning not fake but real. Inside the lady that helped me couldn't have been nicer and helpful. All around excellent experience.
