They have always been helpful even when they are short staffed.
Only selected 1 star because it won't let me post unless I do. I hate being lied to and having excuses made for the lie. The whole process of dealing with this company from the beginning was a regret. I received the initial phone call 7 days after my pulmonary appointment (I was told it would be in 3 days). The first scheduled appointment was cancelled because nicole was "sick" (was told that nicole would call me on the next Monday to reschedule); I didn't receive the call, so I had to call.
