Big kudos to Jen at HMS in Lone Tree. She helped to fit me for a new knee brace and really knows her stuff! She took her time to ensure the exact fit she was looking for while making sure I could move per my sport and was comfortable. Really impressed!
Worse customer service experience ever. They call me for a brace fitting and gave me estimate, then I surprised by about 4X what they said, the employee who called me was not knowledgeable. I went today for the store to return the brace, they refused. The lady showed a little empathy while her co-worker he was rude and mean.

I wanted to shout out to Colleen! I've been trying to get the correct bags for my g tube for over a year. When my new doctor ordered supplies and they just weren't what I needed, Colleen went through likely supplies and gave me things to look up so I could have a visual sense of what I needed. Colleen listened carefully and found what I need. I was able to get that information to my doctor so they could write the correct prescription.
