Give Katrina a raise. Very smart young lady.
Worst company I have ever delt with. Can't follow doctors order due to their policy. Won't order a replacement machine because HMP "Policy " requires a new sleep study, not the doctors and not my insurance.
Katrina helped me choose a perfect fit for a cpap mask. She spent time listening and letting me try on several mask. I was able to sleep in the mask the first night !! Thank you Katrina.
I called over two weeks ago and left message no response called numerous times today not able to break thru the modern iron curtain (automated answering service)
I have missed several appointments as HMP of Dickson Tenn Knows about because I called to let them no 72 hours prior to my appt and after my Dr sent the paperwork. I understand things are crazy when dealing with ins company’s but now it’s been 5 days and I have a MRi that I have rescheduled a couple of times because of there oxygen machines not provided enough oxygen to go anywhere which almost resulted in a ambulance ride.
