I would give no star if that the choice. No one is returning my phone call in the past 3 business days. I need to return the supplies that my dad has no used for it. The paperwork stated that it has to be return within 5 business days. I guess they are waiting until 5 business days is up so I can't return it!!

I’m on vacation from Arizona (escaping the heat) and enjoying a return to my favorite state!! I’m a Duck!!! Now then I have COPD and must use an 02 machine. I needed some canola tubing. Got it and AND no charge!! Thank you. Now then I have an Inogen G4 and believe I should have checked. So grateful that I can get my machine checked Hooray!! The owner answered the phone and would not answer my questions. She was arrogant and wanted to tell me what she thought I needed to know. I got nowhere with her. Not a good place to do business. Update: Talked to this appallingly rude woman a second time about something we had purchased there years ago. She would not let me finish a sentence. Truly, the rudest person I have ever encountered. Avoid this place at all costs.
