Another wasted day waiting for service, not the first time. I was told a technician would be at my home between 9am and 5pm. My appointment had been booked 3 weeks ago. After calling at 11am, 1pm and 3pm I was told the repair should be done in their shop.. last time I went to their shop for a scheduled repair the technician was out. Terrible service.
Home has without a doubt the worst phone system in existence. Good luck trying to ever get through to speak to a real person. I waited on hold for three hours before customer service picked up. While you are waiting for someone to pick up a canned message plays over and over and over and you will also occasionally just get cut off and have to call back.
