I believe this business is fraudulent. I can’t get anyone to answer the phone number that is listed. You can’t even leave a voicemail. There is no website. Unable to speak to anyone with billing questions. Do not recommend!
I believe this company is a fraud. There is no email address or website. There is one phone number and no one ever answer the phone. They billed my insurance company with a rental DME that the hospital said it is free of charge, few months later, they sent me a bill.. Another claim from them was denied by my insurance company thank God.. unprofessional and unethical.. I'm not paying the bill until someone from this fake company contact me or answer the phone.
Don't waste your time! There's never anyone at this place of business and no one ever answers the phone! I pulled up one time and saw someone inside, they got up, walked forward, turned around and walked out the back. Absolutely no customer service. Some website says there are 20 employees but there are no employees, it's just the woman that owns the business. I would never do business with these people again. Trying to get a hold of someone to verify something on my bill was absolutely impossible. Noone ever answered the phone, nor returned calls. Not a great way to run a business.
