We had Home Mechanics out to install our heat pump/mini splits we got approved for through the Mass save program. The technicians were excellent and their work was extremely neat. From the time we got approved for the Mass save Heat Loan to the time they finished the job was no time at all. Highly recommend using this company.

Home Mechanics installed Bosch minisplits in our two homes and the company was excellent from the initial appointment until the final installations. All staff was competent and helpful throughout the process, and we will call them for yearly maintenance.

Carolyn was very informative and repsonsive with all my questions. She streamlined the process to apply for rebates and heat loan. Fast forward 5 buisness days after first contact, all the paperwork was complete, permits pulled, and the installers arrived! Paulo and Anderson did a quick walk through and assured all my requests for routing/placing units would be met. They worked diligently, efficiently, and all work areas kept clean. Overall great, quick, and professional experience!

Home mechanics were flexible enough to work with our old asbestos clad house and were collaborative at every stage of the project. Our project took more time than expected, but the workers handled it all with professional politeness and calm and always asked before committing to a decision that would effect the house. One tiny thing of note; the workers didn't know what a moss garden was, so popped the base plate over it. We recovered all the moss and moved it.
