Mandy is very knowledgeable and unbelievably fast to respond—whether after hours or on weekends. She accompanies her clients throughout the entire process and keeps a close eye on timelines. When insurance quotes didn’t look right, she actively supported us by calling providers and helping resolve the issues. She also seems to have the right contacts, even for more complicated cases, and is very easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!
