Knowledgeable and respectful to property
We are new owners of a Majestic gas fireplace and had it serviced by Home Lumber. Sean was very professional, friendly, and helpful. He gave a great overview of the ins and outs of a gas fireplace and how to care for it which was wonderful as it is the first gas fireplace we have owned. Sean explained the process as he went through the steps. He cleaned the fireplace thoroughly and arranged the logs as they should be in order to avoid any future issues. The technician installed the blower and went over operation of the unit and told us how to maintain our fireplace. He also did the maintenance on the unit.
