Rented a townhouse on Polk St a few years back. The property was maintained to the standard of any other rental property. Never really had any major concerns or issues. The reason why I am giving one star is the customer service. The office clerk, Carol, who handles all of the paperwork, phone calls, etc. is extremely rude and belittles you. Carol, in the office, is extremely quick to not work with you because of a discrepancy on the background check. Everything was fine and she called a week later to tell me I can now live there after she called to tell me " You cannot live here with your history"... I do not appreciate getting accused of anything that I did not do, aside from her additional snide remarks, and have not once heard an apology for it.
