Very friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual. My wife and I just purchased our first home through X5. Jake and Kathleen provided comprehensive powerpoints to explain the general process in conjunction with their professional insights. When we were still on the hunt for houses, they were available (eager to help too) on weekends and later on some nights when necessary. We both had a great experience and I will definitely be recommending X5 to friends in the future.
