My clients were with another lender and apprised my client that closing on 29 Oct was out the window and 13 Nov would be the new closing date; a 15 day difference that would have caused financial hardship in multiple ways. Needless to say Ken and his team of professionals got the file closed and funded on 29 Oct and would have had the file closed on 25 Oct if the other lender would have cooperated even if he / she was not getting paid on the file due to losing it.
