My experience with Mrs. Andra I have so honored to have her.If we did not understand something she would explained over and until we did understand, besides writing a loan contact on the house and when the appraisal came back lower than what the seller where asking. We had to make another offer when the sellers accepted the lower offer. Andra got me a VA loan even after having a bank ruputcy and had me qualify for a loan and closed in 30 days yes and I had my share of technical problems with understanding Doc U Forms and she would walk me through it.She is very knowledgeable on the different program that Veterans have available to help secure a loan with no money down.
