Alicia was extremely patient and thoughtful in answering our questions and concerns over a long period of time, and when it came to our closing, Alicia and her team were quick, thorough, and responded in a very timely manner. We initially worked with Home Loan Title / Champagne & Marchand PC as part of buying out house. They were our bank's attorneys, but were able to work with us as well. They were fantastic at dealing with some complications with our sellers (selling through a relocation company as part of a work move). Very responsive over e-mail, and good turn around times. I recently worked with Alicia at Home Loan Title to close the sale of my condo. I can’t possibly say enough good things about Alicia and her team! She helped me overcome multiple hurdles in the process and was always timely with her responses. I will be using Home Loan Title again and would recommend them to anyone!

If you work with this firm be prepared to chase them to get any answers and updates on the work being done. Be prepared to also review every single document for errors.
