This company has the worst customer service of any company I’ve ever used. I needed a copy of a statement and they told me it costs $5 and takes 1-2 days. There’s no way to just go online and get a statement. I’ve had other issues with them. They are terrible

DO NOT RECOMMEND. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Started working with Sean Hogan in March and explained everything to him and in November he told me he never knew I owned the property. Does that mean he never listened to a word I said? I feel like I was not taken seriously. From the first several conversations we’ve had over the phone, I clearly stated my situation. I had a great experience with Sean Hogan at Home Loan Investment Bank in Cumberland. The whole process was quick and Sean was wonderful to work with, I highly recommend Home Loan Investment Bank!
