This is the second time HLE has helped us with lending needs and it's been another great experience. They have always been responsive, patient, and very attentive to our needs. I'm not sure that this level of customer service can be attained with larger companies. They really care about providing the best experience and getting the best deals for their clients. In fact, we were so confident about using them again that we didn't really shop around much!
