David came through with excellent results! I had been shopping for a dining room set for a while, so I was happy when I found the set I was looking for from the Internet at Home Living. After ordering, I got a call saying it was back-ordered for 2 months. I considered a refund until David went to bat and got the manufacturer to ship a piece from the West coast for me.
