Doesn't stand behind their product and won't keep promises if it doesn't benefit them. Update...2 years and we still don't have a certificate of occupancy. Also, the new manager got fired from Regional for shady amd illegal stuff. He basically told me that they will not fulfill their obligation by law to get the inspection passed. We have contacted lawyers amd since we did that he said they will not help us any longer. According to law they must finish the part of the contract to pass inspection. They refuse to do that.
