This company doesn't stand behind the products they sell. And the customer service is the worse in the industry. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY....... So that you can blame it on the install instead of actually stand behind your products by telling someone you will credit one box but after repairs the warranty is void. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS THEY DONT APPROVE ANY CLAIMS AND ALWAYS BLAME IT ON INSTALLERS.
My opinion following, is why I would not recommend their Life Proof Bamboo laminate flooring -Mohave style: 1. Their advertising is not transparent and is deceptive. Pictures and descriptions of the flooring state that it is hand, scraped, but show or say nothing about pot holes and worm holes that are present on the majority of the flooring planks. Horrible company that does not stand behind the products. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM
Looks like I am not the only one to have had a warranty claim denied by this company. My flooring failed within a year of an installation over a brand new sub floor.
The top of the line vinyl flooring began to warp where the floor was perfectly flat. I say this because they tried to say the floor was not flat. They sent an inspector out who acknowledged that the floor was only warped where it was indeed unquestionably flat. However, when the denial was sent out the information was completely reversed. They recommend paying a “certified inspector” and only the three companies they recommend. Stay tuned for the continuing saga!
