The top of the line vinyl flooring began to warp where the floor was perfectly flat. I say this because they tried to say the floor was not flat. They sent an inspector out who acknowledged that the floor was only warped where it was indeed unquestionably flat. However, when the denial was sent out the information was completely reversed. They recommend paying a “certified inspector” and only the three companies they recommend. Stay tuned for the continuing saga!
Doesn’t stand behind their product warranty. Finds any reason to not stand behind their products. Followed their instructions for install and care. Started to have issues after 2 years. Buckling and not flat anymore. Previous floor had no issues, I just wanted change.. I regret it.
Do not buy. Their products do not perform as advertised and they do not stand behind them.
My flooring is buckling at the seams I got no help from them it was still under warrt
