I have never been so disappointed. After installing the floor, within a week we developed an oily film NOTHING will clean. It reappears approximately 24 hours of cleaning it. We contacted the manufacturer who had no idea how to clean it, we tried every option and/or cleaning they recommended. After several complaints an inspector came out to examine the floor.
