I approached him for an initial consultation at an agreed amount of $250. I sent him all the case history, documents related to the case which took me roughly 4-5 hours to put together, almost a week prior to our consultation date. He scheduled a meeting, then didn't turn up on that date, instead requested me to postpone it by another day.
