Tom came out almost 2 months ago on June 25th to review the job, clean and reseal patio, trim a few trees and design the front of our home landscaping. I called numerous times, emailed and sent a text. No response. I did get a quickly thrown together drawing of suggestions for the front landscaping then never heard from them again. I just don’t get it. If the job is too ‘small’, at least tell me something.
