So grateful to Austin and all his expertise and knowledge he brings regarding mold testing and remediation. What I thought would be a simple inspection to diagnose a musty smell turned out to be a bigger problem than expected. Eric came out from Homeland Environmental and Inspected my water and septic, doing the full water package for the FHA loan. He showed up on time was extremely helpful in explaining what the process would be. Also taking extra time to explain my septic system since the county has no records for it. He even drew me a diagram with my system to explain how its installed. The whole Homeland Team made the inspection process painless.

The inspector, Drew Henderson, did an excellent job for our septic tank and drain field inspection. He determined the route of the sewer pipe out of the house, and the location of the drain field--both of which were unknown. He was very professional, had all the right technical equipment and knew how to use it, and he answered all of our questions. My regular septic service company recommended Home Land fo us as an inspector, and I concur with their recommendation. I would certainly use the company again if needed.

Ian was beyond thorough, and extremely patient with the fact that this property purchase involved a board of directors, who all decided it was a good idea to be there on inspection day, lol. He took extra time to wait for everyone to arrive (highly irregular to have so many people involved in an inspection) and walked us through a full tour of detailed feedback and explanations for each note in his report. I would refer Ian to anyone interested in a company that goes above and beyond to protect their clients.

Overall great experience, scheduling was easy and relatively quick turnaround. The two men that came out to do the inspection were very nice/helpful and thorough in going through what they uncovered. Would recommend
