Inspector arrived on time .While performing septic tank inspection he explained how the components of the system operates and the condition of our septic system . He also explained the water well test and the results of our wells performance . He was polite and very knowledgeable. Gave us a lot of good advise on taking care of our systems .

Eric did the septic/well inspection for the house we are under contract to buy. He did an excellent job walking us through what he was looking for and how we was conducting the inspection. He also took the time to explain the function of all of the components of both systems and was knowledgeable on all the features. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking to utilize his services.

Mitchel was very professional and stayed on task throughout the septic and well inspections. He did take time to explain what he was doing and finding. His explanation of what he was finding was clear and easy to understand and follow. He included what could be the causes of some of the issues found (or may be found - pending water quality tests) during the inspections and discussed future issues that might arise.
