My inspection experience with HLE was amazing. Their personnel were extremely helpful when I experienced a last minute adjustment to my inspection request. Holly Dennis immediately addressed my emails at 9pm the night before the inspection. She was very empathetic to my situation. Could not be more impressed with this company and their thorough septic inspection process. I was new to septic systems, and Johnathan was patient and educational throughout the process, not to mention incredibly kind. Office staff is organized and payment process and appointment scheduling was quick and easy. I was provided with a detailed report, videos, and follow-up. 10/10 highly recommend!

So grateful to Austin and all his expertise and knowledge he brings regarding mold testing and remediation. What I thought would be a simple inspection to diagnose a musty smell turned out to be a bigger problem than expected. While it's not the greatest news to find out your basement has to be remediated for mold due to faulty hvac work, Austin was a lifesaver in helping me a long the way and navigate the process as a third party consultant to ensure that my basement was remediated to IICRC mold remediation procedures. Eric came out from Homeland Environmental and Inspected my water and septic, doing the full water package for the FHA loan. He showed up on time was extremely helpful in explaining what the process would be. Also taking extra time to explain my septic system since the county has no records for it. He even drew me a diagram with my system to explain how its installed. The whole Homeland Team made the inspection process painless.

10/10… 100%… did I miss anything?…neither did Tom. We had an excellent experience with our fully informed and very patient Inspector, Tom. From the moment we arrived to the detailed report we received afterwards he was very professional and very thorough. Highly recommend!
