Excellent communication, practical solutions (no silly up-sell) and pride in their work. Turned up when promised, neat and tidy tradespeople. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sam and his team and very happy with the results of their work.
We had some insulation work done at our place in Ocean Grove. Sam was very easy to deal with and clearly knew his stuff. His team did a great job removing the old loose-fill insulation and replacing it with new batts. From start to finish they were quick, professional, and easy to deal with. They arrived when they said they would, which is always a big plus. Very happy with the result. Over the last few days we’ve already noticed the difference, with the house staying noticeably warmer.
