Big thanks to Sam and Kim for the great job they done, from quoting to finished product. We had the old blow in insulation which was not so good. We had Richie remove it and then replace it with Bradford R5 Batts. We have instantly noticed the difference. We would like to thank Richie the installer, he done an awesome job. Would definitely recommend this company, well done guys thank you.
Had Sam come out for a quote. He seemed a bit uncertain and didn’t have any photos to share of past work. Then the quote didn’t arrive. Have followed up now for a month with multiple texts and calls to Sam and Kim. They just keep saying they’ll send something through but certainly don’t back this up with any action. Disappointed as wanted to go local. It’s made me skeptical of all the good reviews for this company. Or perhaps it’s an isolated incident. Either way time to move on to a more professional operator
