We so appreciated all that Viviana did for our mom. We know our mom was grumpy sometimes when Viviana was there, but Viviana was always professional, kind and thoughtful. We know our mom appreciated all that Viviana did for her and we really, really appreciated all Viviana’s efforts with our mom. Viviana gave us “peace of mind”when she was there with our mom.

Home Instead Winnipeg has filled a big hole in my aged mother’s weekly routine . Harman and Wyeth keep mom engaged, take the initiative , help and do daily chores, and keep her room looking great. As well they make sure she does her daily exercises. Home Instead has been very flexible and accommodating during times when our schedule has changed. Kudos to their responsiveness !

My father recently experienced some health challenges that required some extra care at home, I engaged Home Instead to provide care and I can't say enough about how professional and kind there staff were. As his condition improved and he required less care there was no problem reducing the hours of care. He is now managing on his own, but I would not hesitate to call them if his needs change. I would like to thank all the staff, and particularly Tapas Nath for their kindness.
