Even though this is only our 2nd week of using Home Instead services, I am so impressed by the wonderful staff that work here. My mom's Caregiver Winnie is punctual, very hardworking, and almost instantly developed a rapport with my mom from the 1st day. We have had to cancel services now as my parents are still fairly independent, and insisting they can manage on their own. I was impressed by how quickly Home Instead managed to arrange support for me and my wife. The care giver was excellent, caring and knowledgeable. The administrative structure was very responsive and accessible (24/7). I would use them again if the need arose.
