We were very pleased with Home Instead who provided care for our elderly parents while they were awaiting long term placement. Home Instead were wonderful to work with; the administrative and office staff, including the after-hours team, were always responsive, supportive, and helpful. Home Instead team was amazing at taking care of my dad and very accommodating to his needs. He doesn't speak English very well and the team always try their best to arrange the same person or someone that can communicate with him. Katherine is always there to introduce someone new which i appreciate greatly. I can't imagine caring for my dad without their help. I highly recommend them over other companies.

Home Instead were recommended to us by the independent living facility my parent was in. They were invaluable in bridging my parent's care needs while we waited for a bed to become available in an assisted living/memory care facility. We found their care aides to be extremely conscientious and diligent, and the office and supervisory staff were always helpful and able to work around my parent's care needs.
