The care and support that we have received from Seaside is top-notch. All of the staff and caregivers are wonderful and responsive. We have been particularly impressed with Susan, the Clinical Manager at Seaside. Susan is incredible at her job. In addition to being an exceptional nurse with vast knowledge and experience, Susan is warm and caring. It feels like she has become a part of our family. Kirsten (Care Manager) and Love (in-home aide) were both outstanding. Kirsten responded to care plan needs and changes, and questions very promptly and always seemed to be available by phone or email. Love was Mom's in-home aide and was just like her name - loved and treasured. She communicated with us through text and the "Family Room" during and after her shifts and was always able to adapt to the changes that mom was experiencing. Love really cared for mom and always maintained what was best for mom while caring for her.

Excellent all around! Home Instead Senior Care sends caregivers that provide quality care, they are reliable, friendly, patient and courteous, and their focus is on making your loved one feel important. This agency will work with the family/primary caregivers when requesting additional hours for care; that makes a huge difference for needs change on this continuum of life. I highly recommend Home Instead Senior Care, I do not believe you will be disappointed.
