Every care giver that came into our home was kind, compassionate and helpful. They were respectful to whatever we were needing. They made a difficult time so much easier. Highly recommend this company.

My mother had a wonderful caretaker who visited her three times a week. She was really caring and helpful. I was working a high stress job and my husband was home with mom. Having the home instead careworker let him get out of the house or just relax. It was worth every penny. I also had home instead help me out a year later when I had been seriously injured and had as unable to drive. I was living alone then and also preparing for a move. We have been so pleased with the excellent care our sister receives, the caregivers are kind and efficient. To be able to be in her home was one of her main hopes as she ages and has health care needs. Thank you Home Instead.

Most caregivers with this company are not certified to take care of your loved ones. They get hired passing a background check. This company charges a fee for their employees to get trained on how to properly care for their clients. It is not a requirement for them to have that training so most employees opt out. This company charges $30 an hour or more and only pays their employees $13.00 an hour. Do not give this company your money. They do not care about you or your loved one.
