i have been using home instead for my father and have been very impressed with both the caregivers and the office staff. they have been very professional and courteous in all my dealings with them. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for help with elder care.
After much research, we were able to make the decision to hire Home Instead. They were by far the most professional, educated and caring company we interviewed. We have been using them for almost 6 month and they continue to impress. Thank you for all you do for mom. We love our caregiver, she has become part of our family.
As a nurse I was so pleased to see an individual that was so focused on the needs of the senior. I visit so many seniors in the community who have various services in place and I have never experienced a more professional and caring individual than the caregiver with Home Instead. It was an amazing experience to see what an impact this individual was having on the well being of the senior she was caring for.

As a Physical Therapist working in an Independent Living setting, Home Instead Snr. Care has been instrumental in assisting patients to and from their therapy sessions. In addition their cargivers are trained to assist our patients with exercises after discharge to maintain their level of function and independence. One can see the careful planning in the placement of the right caregiver to their clients. Good Job....

I love the fact that my dad can stay at home and have his "visitors" come and help him with his day. They have made themselves my dad's friends and even will go to the store with him, help him with his chores or whatever! It makes his life much more enjoyable and also helps me out knowing he is well taken care of when i am not available because of work!! LOVE this service!
They are about mom! That's the bottom line. I did my homework and called many companies. This company educated me about what is available to senior citizens spend a lot of time asking questions and really getting to know my moms situation. She not only talked about how they can help mom but also told me about the many other resources that I never knew were out there.
