Primrose has been a life saver to our family. Our Mom had Dementia and was 93 years old. They were there for us every step of the way. They even made my Mom a birthday cake for her 93rd birthday. I love this staff and can't thank them enough. They should have 10 stars. Thank you Primrose staff❤❤
I had to put 1 star because I couldn't leave a review if I didn't score it. This place treats their residents terribly. At first glance this place looks great, in the inside the staff is not trained properly. I mostly blame the management company for allowing people who have no idea of medical terminology, etcetera work here. I had a very close friend who's husband was at this facility and she always had an endless list of something that would happen to him after she would go visit.
