Dovida (Formally Home Instead) have been professional, friendly, helpful and provide excellent communication. They have organised shopping, welfare checks , as well as gardening and gutter cleaning services. Detailed documentation is provided and the plan is reviewed every 6 months. If we have any issues, they are just a phone call away.

We cannot thank Home Instead enough for the incredible care they provided for our dad. Initially, Dad was very resistant to receiving help at home, but we knew it was necessary if he was to remain living independently. The carers at Home Instead quickly built a wonderful rapport with him — he genuinely looked forward to their visits and considered them friends.
