We are so happy to have made the move to Dovida. Their staff are amazing and take the time to listen and really care about your needs. They are always approachable, supportive and respond quickly. My parents and our family all feel very comfortable with the team and their support workers are so caring. I would highly recommend you contact them if you are not happy with your current provider.

Case managers have changed infrequently, with good reasons and the transition to a new case manager has been well explained and well handled. We were able to choose our existing cleaning service when we started and meal providers as our needs changed. Case managers have communicated clearly, confirming our wants and needs and any required changes to services.
